Staff was courteous and professional. Sam helped us with a cherishing trek in the morning, we saw snow laden himalayan peaks. Hotel provided complementary bon fire as tv was nt working. Overall great experience Chef cooked home like food and also agreed for customised taste for kids requirement.

I stayed in hotel for 3 days in Dec 2022. My experience was superb, fantastic. Very supportive staff, delicious food, fantastic location. Rooms: spacious and have superb valley and mountain view. 5/5 Hotel location: if you want live in serenity of mountains, peace this is place for to stay. 4/5 Games and recreations available for use. 5/5 Food: fantastic, superb, delicious. 5/5 Staff is very helpful and supportive. They are there to help us. 4/5 Overall experience was fantastic.

After reeling through Corona times, we decided to make a relaxing and rejuvenating trip to a resort in the serenity of hills. We were suggested Kanatal and checked out the property Pine Queen. It was showing nice lovely pictures of the hotel, and was even mentioned as a resort. Happily we booked the place, three rooms for 5 nights. Little did we know that we can't stay even one night here. It is totally opposite of what we were shown and told through the site. First of all....Beware...it is NOT A RESORT . Now coming to other points....... #The rooms were on minus 1 level. Going up and down for meals was a problem for my 89 years old parents. # There is no liquid soap in the washrooms. # There is no hand towel, neither there is a towel rack in the bathroom. The two towels were kept outside in the room area. # There is no exhaust in the washroom. Not even a curtain dividing bathroom and toilet. # There is one small cupboard with no hangers. I had to ask for it. #There is no rack to open the suitcase. # My balcony room could not be latched, and one monkey came in the room, while I was there. # No outdoor activity in the vicinity, no garden, no chairs on the balcony, that too if you call it a balcony. It is just a small tiny area. Regarding room amenities... as mentioned on the site. No. My room didn't have a microwave. No. My room didn't have a minibar. No. My room didn't have a fridge. No. My room didn't have a fireplace. No. My room didn't have a safe. No. My room didn't have AC. I can go on and on........ JUST NOT WORTH IT. I had to cancel the booking, since we couldn't stay at such a place.

I stayed here from 20th to 22nd january 2022. Though it was almost off season at Kanatal, but i have got no complain about the hotel, staff, services, food, quality. From check in to check out, everything was smooth. Service they provide, food quality, room quality, amazing views. Ever helping and supportive and attentive staff... All best. It's outside kanatal, almost 5 kms. Another tourist destination Dhanaulti is nearly 12 kms drive from here. It's on the road from tehri to kanatal. If you are a person want to stay at a very calm and peaceful place... This is for you. They have each and every staff who can guide you for your sight seeing need. Views from the valley View rooms are amazing. You may not see snow capped mountains from here , but views of the valley and hills is fantastic. They have play room also with carrom, table tennis, billiards, bow n arrow, etc. They have an open terrace for mesmerising views. I surely would like to suggest this hotel for your stay at kanatal for the best & peaceful stay, lovely people, attentive service, tasty food .

Pine hotel is a fantastic hotel in kanthal it has a conference room and playing area also to play with family and there were new games also and the pine hotel manager is cooperative with all the members because it is a great experience in pine hotel
